We only ship to the Billing addresses only. A signature is required on orders over 100$. An adult Signature is required on orders over 500$.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some product lead times are longer please check the product page for order processing lead times.
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival at our store. We offer a 5% discount on all Pre-Order Items(Pre-Order Discounts stackable with PROMO PRICING, VETERAN DISCOUNT, DISCOUNT CODES, HOLLIDAY DISCOUNTS). Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
In Stock & Pre-Order:
If you combine in-stock and pre-order items into one purchase, all items will be shipped when the pre-order is fulfilled.
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
UPS DAMAGE CLAIM PROCESS
- Inspection—UPS will collect the package from you for a damage inspection. It's very important that you hold on to the product in its original packaging until the investigation is complete. UPS will make 3 attempts to collect the package; if they can't reach you they'll try again on the next day.
- Results—After the claim investigation is complete, UPS will email you the results with claim paperwork via email. The subject of the email contains "UPS Package Information" and comes from [email protected].
- UPS MyChoice— Customers enrolled with MyChoice are not eligible for a claim (Late/Lost/Damaged).
This process typically takes 10-15 business days to complete, but UPS hasn't given us a specific timeframe. If you have not heard anything back within this time period, please reach back out to me so I can look into any delays in the claim process for you.
